WE ARE GETTIN HITCHED!!! Our little engagement story.

 

So this post is a little overdue, but I had to share it anyway!  Andy and I are finally getting hitched!  I am soooooo excited:) I couldn't have been more lucky to find a guy like him. We first met at a new years party 3 years ago.  I saw him and was instantly hooked.  Luckily I had a braid in my hair that night (braids are Andy's favorite:) and Andy wanted to meet me too, the babe with a braid. Ha ha ha! Long story short. Andy and I kept in touch over the years while I was at school.  We met up again that next year at the same New years party and made things a little more official. We both took turns going to visit each other while I was away.  We have had an absolute blast getting to know each other!  It has been one great adventure after another.  So when I finished school and moved back home we decided to take the next big step. Here is the little engagment story:)

One of our very first dates was at this very spot up Provo canyon.  Andy took me shot gun shooting and we had a great time laughing, talking and shooting up a storm.  I couldn't hit a dang thing.  So a few years later Andy took me back up to this spot to ask the big question.  I really didn't think anything of it.  I was excited to go back to this place, but had no idea that he was going to pop the question!  We hiked though all the bushes and sage brush and his is what his socks looked like when we got to the top haha. We brought soda cans, shaving cream bottles, and a big watermelon to blow up while we were there shooting! So much fun! We shot around for a little while and then Andy let me shoot the watermelon, the big finale lol.  We set it up and I pulverized the thing!

We went over to go check out the damage and while we were over there Andy got on one knee and asked me to marry him:)  I of course started crying like a little girl and said yes.  I loved everything about this moment. I wouldn't have changed a thing.

 

I still can't believe this is all really happening! And it blows me away that Andy chose me. I can't get over how truly lucky I am to get to be with this boy forever.  Love you babe.
